4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Exchanges are available for defective items, incorrect products, or sizing issues. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
